JASON STEELE LENT
Born and raised in Hawaii, and a graduate of Kamehameha Schools, Jason Lent has used his innumerable talents to bring himself to the forefront of success in various industries - most notably the world of business and entertainment. In every endeavor, he has taken his drive and infused it with his creativity and business acumen. At eighteen, he started a successful independent record label, producing his own music. In addition, he produced for and performed in a group with Bruno Mars. At twenty, he was featured in the Wall Street Journal for his songwriting and producing accomplishments. Soon after, he moved to Hollywood and began working with Hermosa Recordings, a record label distributed by Universal Records.
During this time, he concurrently involved himself in the mortgage industry, and became a jr. broker at First Nationwide Lending. This initial foray into the world of business sparked a latent entrepreneurial spirit, prompting him to open Wholesale Financial Group, his own brokerage firm at the age of 23. By the end of the first year, the company had reached multi-million dollar status.
After the economic collapse in 2008, he reinvented himself and became an identity compliance and insurance sales agent for business-to-business sales. Within a short time, he became the top sales agent in the United States and Canada.
He furthered his skills and became adept at writing sales scripts and creating effective sales systems for organizations. Soon after, he started a call center in the Philippines, and subsequently developed sales systems for many companies and organizations, bringing their revenue generation ability to new levels.
He has been invited to speak and motivate thousands of entrepreneurs at various events in the United States, and shares with them the mindset and the strategies he employs in his life.
Today, as President of Lent Enterprises, a sales, management and marketing consulting firm, started by his father in 1995, he has put together one of the most talented teams in the State of Hawaii, partnering with businesses who are looking to reach their ultimate goals.

Over the past 35 years, Peter Gellatly has created some of Honolulu’s most popular and enduring visitor media. Spotlight Oahu (1980), Best of Oahu (1993), Islands of Outrigger (2000) and The Kahala Magazine (2004) continue to be industry leaders, and his guest publications for Starwood, Hilton, Aston and other hotels earned more awards than any others in local history. In television, Gellatly created Sheraton TV, co-created Outrigger and Ohana TV, and brought heightened relevance and cultural authority to HawaiiTV. His current products include Oahu Today Magazine, todayoahu.com and Real Hawaii TV.
Alan Pollock’s life has been a marketing adventure. Founder of Loomis & Pollock Inc., the 5th largest full service advertising agency in Hawaii at the time with accounts in tourism, hospitality, banking, retail, manufacturing, insurance, automotive, construction, food services, petroleum and politics. The agency even got several mayors and a congressman elected! Alan sold the agency seventeen years later and went to the client side working for ITOEN (USA), Japan’s second largest beverage. Most recently he was vice president of marketing for Time Warner. His passion is branding, launching new products and growing businesses but his focus is and will always be about the person who makes the final decision in the business process, the customer.
