Step 1: Initial Meeting
Jason talks with you about your brand or product, target market and other details. He also gets a feel for the tempo and emotions you want to evoke in your jingle, whether it is happy, peaceful, upbeat, serene, endearing, or joyful, etc.
Step 2: Research
He researches other jingles in your industry, and the music of your target market ensuring he has everything he needs to make the jingle congruent with your goals.
Step 3: Jingle Creation
Jason then spends time creating the rough draft of the jingle which includes lyrics and piano and/or guitar. This can take about ten hours or more as this includes composing and creating a rough music bed with multiple tracks.
Step 4: Second Meeting
Jason presents to you the rough draft of the jingle he created. At this meeting you share what you love, what you need adjusted - tempo, lyrics, etc.
Step 5: Revisions to Final Recording
He then goes back to create a 2nd or even a 3rd version until you are 100% satisfied.
Step 6: The Finishing Touches
Once final approval is given, your jingle is mixed and mastered for use on video, TV and radio. Your finalized jingle is emailed to you with all the versions you need for any future marketing. At this point, you sign a licensing agreement for the duration of use agreed upon in your contract.
